Room clean and everything worked great. Friendly staff and everything seem to be up to date with bright lights and clean.
Very friendly staff, comfortable and clean rooms, many hot and cold breakfast items to choose from, for an enjoyable and peaceful stay. I especially liked the quality of the towels and the coffee in the room, as well as an abundance of pillows.
On Thursday June 5 at 9 PM the front desk lady was a little distracted or cold but really warmed up after I let her finish what she was doing. Then was VERY HELPFUL. The room was nice and modern feeling. Number 113 was cleaned well. Coffee maker in room worked well. Sausage and biscuits for breakfast! We stayed 2 nights. Quiet.
Came in from Texas on a 2 month business trip and found this place online due to all the great reviews. So I booked a room for just 2 nights cause I was still skeptical about the reviews. They're clean and at a reasonable prices, So shortly after I took a thorough check at where I would be sleeping I went downstairs and booked my room for the following week.. We were more than pleased with our stay here. Jay went over and above to make sure that we got the room type that we wanted. The room was very clean and comfortable and even though we didn't request it, they cleaned our room each day. The entire staff is extremely friendly - it was truly a pleasurable stay. We highly recommend this motel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced hotel.
Friendly and very helpful staff. They are very considerate and understanding, don't mind going over and beyond if needed. The rooms are great and has a very nice appearance when you open the door. I visited for a night and said I would definitely come back. This time I stayed 3 nights and this will be my go to in Covington, Tn‼
